Certification that $20.23 is due Roger Mosley for his forage as Surgeon of the Militia Hospital established at Pittsburgh by order of Major General Lee from December 8, 1794 to February 9, 1795. The militia was called out to suppress an insurrection in the western counties of Pennsylvania.
