Mr George Fleming has been directed to purchase materials and employ workmen to rebuild part of the Wall of the Powder Magazine in old Fort Clinton at West Point, and to take such receipts and Vouchers for the Expenditures made on this occasion as shall be requisite to satisfy the Accountant of the department of War on the settlement of his Account. you will give Mr Fleming such Instructions as may be necessary for his Government in the premises.
