It appears that vast quantities have been deposited there by M^r Ottawa all of which, as head of the Commissariats will be placed to your debit. A circumstance that should command your attention to produce the issues as early as possible. We are entering on the Provision Account exhibited by Major Craig, and hope soon to be able to close the whole. Before your Account can be closed, the above issues must appear.
