I desired Mr Fleming to render an account of his demands against you
in conformity with that letter — He has since forwarded an account
amounting to one hundreds & seventeen pounds 12/9. N.Y. Currency equal
to 294 Dollars I have thought it proper to give you this information
previous to deducting the amount from your account —
