The Conditions of this Obligation is such, that if the said John Patterson shall well and truly perform and execute all and singular the covenants and agreements entered into between him and Ebenezer Jackson Agent for building two Galleys in Georgia, in an agreement, bearing even date herewith, Then this obligation shall be void, otherwise to remain in full force and virtue. —
