Payment having been made at this Office of certain Bills drawn by Edward Price United States Factor in Georgia by the directions of the Sect of War charged to your account on the Books of this Office, I have deemed it proper for your government to forward enclosed a list of such payments together with an account of the other monies standing to your debit here which on general settlement of your account are to be embraced & accounted for.
