Enclosed I transmit you Muster. & Pay Role for the Detachment of Infantry Enlisted by me. The former has been made by Col. Stricker at the request of the Honble Secy at War; You will please to observe the pay roll is only made up to the first of the present month. they men are leaving me for money, therefore I shall be obliged by your forwarding it, as soon as convenient. I presume it will not be improper for me to pay the balance of bounty. that may remain due to them. I am Sir
