Ultimo accompanied by one for the Quarter Master General and a packet of News Papers. The wine for Governor Sergeant shall be [sent forward] without delay after its arrival at this place. Two of Hamilton's Waggons arrived this morning per Invoices generally loaded with cloathing the final destination of which is not pointed out. On the 30. Ultimo found it necessary to draw [on you] in favor of Gen. John Neville at ten days sight for two thousand dollars [and] on the [1^st] instant in favor of John [undecipherable: probable reading Beuer] for [undecipherable] and thirty two dollars and also for One hundred [sixty six] dollars both at ten days sight — These several Drafts be pleased to pay and charge as usual. General Wilkinson by his letter to me of the 25^th Ultimo at Cincinnati directs me to request you to send for his use fifty pounds of Spermaceti Candles.
