Your favour of the 29th Ultimo was put into my hand this morning — your several drafts shall as usual meet due honor — and with pleasure I will give up Bache, and send you Finne — The women are perplexed to find their Letters from their friends some pass through the War Office, some through Simmons, and some come to me. In future it will be best to put them under one cover and give them one direction —
All the Supplies to replace those taken on by the General are on the road, as is a considerable Quantity of Clothing — Adieu —
