Dear Sir
I am much obliged by your letter announcing the arrangement of Mrs General Butler's claims, and feel myself greatly indebted to you for the trouble you were so kind as to take upon you in placing it as it now Stands: — She will in a short time draw for the whole or part of the money in her own name & I will take care to advise her of the form necessary in framing her orders or checks upon the Bank of the United States where her money is deposited.
