SIR,
IN pursuance of the authority of your letter of the 6th day of April 1798 I have drawn a duplicate sett of bills of exchange on you, No. 235 dated at Cincinnati the 2d day of July 1798 at ten days sight, in favor of John Bousan Jr. or order for the sum of Five Hundred & Ninety— dollars, on account of the pay of the army for 1798.
