Sir,
Be pleased to deliver to the order of Capt. George Taylor Sixty four Swords one drum one fife one drum Carriage and one pair of Drum Sticks for the use of the Company of Artillery under his Command. taking his receipt to be accounted for & returned at the expiration of the engagement or other discharge of the said Company pursuant to the third Section of the supplement to the act authorizing the President to raise a provisional Army — you will also deliver him a brass Six pounder with its carriage and implements complete to be returned on the fifth instant —
