SIR,
IN pursuance of the authority of your letter of the 6th day of April 1798 — I have drawn a duplicate sett of bills of exchange on you, No. 231 dated at Cincinnati the 23d day of June 1798 at ten days sight, in favor of J. & G. Trotter, or order for the sum of Nine Hundred Six dollars, on account of the pay of the army for 1798.
