Sir,
To enable me to pay seven accepted Bills drawn by the Quarter Master General, amounting to three thousand nine hundred Dollars and to make advances to Waggoners going with Clothing and Stores to the Army a further Sum of Eleven hundred Dollars is required — For these two Objects be pleased to direct a Warrant in favor of the Quarter Master Genl. for Five thousand Dollars to be issued and charged as usual —
