I Certify that pursuant to a letter of the 13 Instant covering a receipt of John Habersham receiver of the customs for Savannah in Georgia dated April 1st 1798 said Habersham has applied to this office f Contingent expenses of the War Department the sum of one hundred fourteen Dollars the which he has accounted for as monies arising on Inspecty Tonnage & for which he is accountable in pursuance of a warrant to be issued in his favor by the Secretary of War to which said receipt is to be annexed agreeably to the Comptrollers Communication.
