Your letter of the 6. came to hand the Present. I am sorry the Shot and Shells still remain at your furnace, a part of [strikethrough: a] [above line: them] we wanted him immediately. None are to go to Pittsburg we can purchase them there for the price of the transportation. I expect New Contracts for Shot and Ballast called knowledge will be entered into shortly. As soon as it is determined on I will inform you. I wish to know the Shot you have at the furnace this if need be may [undecipherable] a more convenient Season.

Let such waggons carry an invoice of [undecipherable] and the sum he is to [undecipherable] to receive one [undecipherable] pay some.
