Enclosed is a receipt of John Habersham Collec[undecipherable]
the customs for savannah Georgia amounting to One hundred fourty[undecipherable]
&c, also a Warrant for that sum being for the Incidentals & Contingen[undecipherable]
expenses of the War Department to which Warrant the receipt is to be
annexed agreeably to a request of the Comptroller of the Treasury —
