I Certify that pursuant to a letter of the 13 Instant covering a receipt of John Habersham collector of the customs for Savannah in Georgia dated April 1st 1798 said Habersham has applied to this Sum of Contingent expenses of the War Department the sum of One hundred & fourteen Dollars the which he has accounted for as a monies arising on Inspecty Tonnage & for which he is accountable in pursuance of a warrant to be issued in his favor by the Secretary of War to which said receipt is to be annexed agreeable to the Comptrollers Communication.
