Since writing the letter that accompanies this I have shipped to your address by order of the Secretary of War, the Arms and Military Stores answering to the enclosed Invoice & Bill of Lading. Hope they will get safely and speedily to hand of which I wish you to advise me. Some heavy Ordinance will I trust be with you soon, for the use of several Posts in your State.
