Since writing to you on the 2d Instant relative to the monies with which you stood charged on the books of this Office, I find on examination of the payments made by Caleb Swan P M G that you received from him on the 11 May 1793 the sum of nine hundred & thirty six dollars & 662/3 for the pay due the Scouts of Woodford County for the Year 1792. — I have now to request you will take immediate measures for accounting for this sum in addition to the other, as early as possible by forwarding the proper vouchers & refunding any balance which may remain unappropriated —
