Sir I received your letter of the 22d Inst. enclosing Receipts for Bounties paid by you which are filed in the usual manner subject to a future examination.
As respects your pay it has been included for April in Morris's Pay role which has been reported on and now awaits his arrival here which is hourly expected, when he gets it he will transmit it to you without delay, I propose when the present is expired to have your pay for it transmitted to you thro' the same channel —
