I received your letter of the 19 Instt enclosing 2 Receipts for Bounties paid by you & your subsistence account up to the 1 Instt the former have been filed in the usual way, subject to an after examination the latter as well as your pay account are suspended until your arrival, having been informed at the War Office that you are ordered on as a member of a Court martial that is shortly to be held here —
