At Elizabeth Town I believe at the time there are 307 pieces of Buntlinge of 200 pieces belonging to the public — they were cast by John Jacob Feish for the public in 1793, and removed from Mount Hope Furnace to the place where they now are, where they were inspected and received as good. 93 pieces were rejected at the same time but I presume they are also there — We want a quantity greater than both parcels immediately for the Ships purchaces and pricing for the United States. I wish you would send and get the whole number to york and ship them to me by the first Vessel that sails for this place — I will pay such freight as you engage, that sails in receiving the Buntlinge, and as usual compensate you for your trouble.

Sir
The Sloop Robot with the five hundred stands of Arms and accoutrements, and fifty thousand Musket Cartridges has sailed for Savannah. So you wish to have them insured? No insurance has been made in any shipment since Customs, whatever our present Circumstances it is present to do it, you can best determine. —
