Elliotts Muster & Pay Rolls my account for fuel Subsistence &c: up to the 15^th of April from which day my dismission took place at the Fort Wolcott. I have charged for my Fuel for the month of February about 79 dollars p: cord — Wood at that time in Ohio was as high as 20 dollars & from that down to (for not knowing how warrantable I should be in charging at that Price) I have mentioned in my account the sum states above. if M. Simmons thinks me entitled to the full market [strikethrough: Price] [strikethrough: Account] I will think it a favor done me if he will alter the Price Stated in the Account Capt. Elliott & myself are on the best terms Imaginable which from our different Dispositions you will think a little singular; However from a Mutual Wish to Accomodate we live in perfect harmony & friendship — Make my best respects to M.
