Philadelphia, 14 May, 1793 Sir, At Elizabeth Town, I believe on or near the Point the Tables have 362 pieces of Knobblage cast by At York &c at Albany to be furnace and from thence have lain in that place in the years 1, 2. We are now in want of about 36 Tons of it. Will you take the trouble to send for the Quantity and Ship it to me by the first vessel that is coming round from New York to this City. If in a most [undecipherable] a hundred Tons may come as I expect the whole will be so underline. I will pay such freight as you engage for, on receiving the Knobblage.
