Document 1798The Secretary of the Treasury has informed McHenry that the ship "Washington," helmed by Captain Williams, has arrived in Philadelphia. It has on board one hundred cases containing stands of arms shipped by the John & Francis Baring & Sons Company by direction of Mr. King for the use of the United States. Harris is asked to receive said arms and have them deposited in the public stores.
