[84] Sir, Philadelphia 7 May 1793 To pay a balance found due to Abraham Kirkpatrick late Commissary of provisions with the Army of Thirteen Thousand four hundred and ninety four Dollars and twenty six Cents — And to discharge accepted Bills and advances made to the Ship Captains gone to Pitsburg, a further sum of Eight Thousand four hundred and Twenty eight Dollars, making together Twenty one Thousands and Twenty two Dollars, and Seventy six Cents, for which I request a Warrant to be charged as usual to the Quarter Master General.
