I hereby that there is due to Detachment of the Corp of Artificers & Engineers and a Detachment of Recruits enlisted by 2d Lieut. David Fale, both stationed at Governors Island, under the commands of Capt Frederick Frye, the sum of four hundred & thirty two Dollars & fifty two cents being for pay of himself, Mr William Wilson Surgeon mate Samuel Osborn, (including forage) and the non commissioned Officers & Privates of the said Detachments for April 1794, which sum is to be transmitted to Nicholas Fish Supervisor at New York, to be by him paid to the said Capt Frye who is to be held accountable for the due application of the same.
