IN pursuance of the authority of your letter of the 6th day of April 1798 I have drawn a duplicate fett of bills of exchange on you, No. 204 dated at Pittsburgh the 2d day of May 1798 at Ten days fight, in favor of [undecipherable] or order for the fum of Five Hundred dollars, on account of the fubfiftence of the Officers of the Army for 1798.
