I have reported the amount of Pay and Forage due you to the 1 Instt (being one hundred and eighty six Dollars) to the Secretary of War who will undoubtedly issue a Warrant for the same immediately after the appropriations are passed, and when you may rest assured the greatest diligence will be used on my part to have the same remitted to you —
