To discharge a Balance found due to Abraham Kick, late Commissary of provision with this Army, I request a warrant for thirteen thousand, five hundred, and ninety four Dollars and twenty-five Cents, to be charged as usual to the Quarter Master General, to whose Department embraces all expenditures in the commissariation.
