Inclosed is the return of Stores received and delivered from the first of January 1798. to the end of March and the receipts for Stores Delivered we have weighed all the lead each barr by its self, the number of barrs and weight of them is right — with the return for 1797. which I have inclosed. — I am exceeding Sorry that there has been any mistake in the returns. I Shall take care that there be no more in future.
We have turned all the Powder in the Magazine and it appears to be in very good order.
