[22] Philadelphia 13^th April 1796 Sir, In compliance with your request I have made an Abstract of provisions issued at all the Posts from Pittsburgh to the Mississippi from whence we have received Returns. The issues at Niagara & Oswego as noted on the Abstract have not come to hand. You will perceive the issues are made up to the 1^st of Novem^r that being the term the Commissary Department was abolished. I hope the Statement will be found to answer the purpose for which it is required.
