The image file is in a system temp directory (`/var/folders/...`) outside Claude Code's allowed working directory (`/Users/jheppler/work/chnm/pwd`), and the Read tool also reports it's over the 2000×2000px size limit. I cannot access or transcribe it. The transcription script needs to either save images to a subdirectory within the project, or use `sips`/`convert` to resize before passing to Claude Code. The `--allowedTools Read` flag doesn't override the working-directory security boundary.
