I have to request your immediate attention to the requisition contained in my letter of the 11.th of October last as many of the officers of the New Jersey Militia have already transmitted their accounts for payments made to individuals composing said Militia for their services in 1794 and understanding that you have advanced them monies for a like purpose those accounts are necessarily suspended and will remain so untill you forward your account to this Office
