I received your letter of the 7th Instant enclosing sundry Receipts for Bounties paid by you and the Muster & Pay Rolls for March of yourself and Recruits, the former will be filed in the usual manner, subject to a future examination the amount found due on the latter will be transmitted thro the usual channel so soon as Congress shall make the necessary appropriations for the present year.
