I have received your letter dated the 25.
February ulto with its enclosures. The account current will be examined
& if found correct will be entered on the Books of this Office, of which you
will be duly informed. I return you the account of Subsistence as
improper to be settled here If the money is due application for payment
should be made where you have received your subsequent settlements.
The contingent charge for boarding while you were in Philadelphia
not coming properly before me I cannot decide on the propriety of the [undecipherable]
