Green Brier C^o Virginia Accountants Office March 31. 1798 Sir I wrote you last under date the 17^th January 97 informing you that you stood charged with money on the Books of this Office and requesting you to forward vouchers for the expenditure of the same; as I could not ascertain with precision your address; I am fearful the letter never got to your hands. John Steele Esq^r of Richmond has offered to convey a letter to you.
