I received your letter of the 23d enclosing the different papers therein mentioned which must be set until you transmit an account of your charges against the United in that part of it that relates to recruiting you will be particular in inserting the name of each recruit the date of his enlistment the amount of bounty paid each by you, it will also be necessary that you name the company wherein the [undecipherable] mustered, present & for that you are not to charge any premium for enlisting such as have previous to their being mustered, the accounts must be attested to Magistrate & in that state transmitted to this Office accompany any further vouchers that you can obtain to support your [undecipherable] account is to be considered subject to a final examination [undecipherable]
