I certify that from a letter of the Comptroller, dated 23d Instt covering a transcript by John Habersham Collector of the Customs for Savanna in Georgia dated January 1st 1795 said Habersham has applied to the Incidental & contingent expences of the War Departt the sum of two hundred, forty four Dollars four Cents which he has discounted out of the monies arising from duties on Imports and Tonnage, and for which he is accountable in pursuance of a Warrant to be found on favor of the Secretary of War, the which said sum is to be assessed agreeably to the Comptrollers communication.

C. late under the commanding of Captn Caleb Williams shot now under the command of Captain Griffith J McRee Stationed at Wilmington the sum of two hundred, sixty Dollars & twenty three Cents being for their Pay from the date they were last paid to & 28 February 98 inclusive which sum is to be transmitted to James Read Collector at Wilmington & by him paid to the said Captain McRee who is to be held accountable for the due application of the same
