I have received your letter of the 23d Ulto enclosing sundry receipts for bounty, paid agreably to a list a by our letter, enquiry will be made respecting James Ramsey & you be informed of the result; —
The Pay due your Recruits for December is in in report from this Office to that of the Secretary of War for James is acted on, except that of issuing a Warrant which waits for an Apprn this will certainly take place in a very short time; It would now be a great confusion to separate the pay for December from that of Jany
