herewith inclosed transported to the Frigate Constellation
lying in the Patapsco in the most expeditious and safest
manner. If the Articles contained in my order of the
15 of November last have not been sent to that Ship,
I beg you will use your endeavours to have them
conveyed with all possible dispatch. -
