Sir,
I have received your letter of the 23d Ulto covering one from Lieut Grayson respecting a receipt Roll of the detachment formerly under his Command at Fort Randolph On examination I find that the Receipt Role had been neglected, Viz. for January February March and June 1794. This role is therefore now transmitted & I believe you will the [undecipherable: usual] sums paid thereon by Lieutenant Grayson to amount to 30212/100 dollars. Three Packets containing blank Muster pay Receipt Rolls have this day come to hand.
