I have received a letter from Ensn McCall Paymaster of the Troops in Georgia enclosing a list of Sundry men stationed there — on a reference to Mr Swans payments I find of those mens names included in a list, the amount of which was placed in hands — I have therefore to request that you will annex to the names of a Soldier continued in the enclosed list — the payments (if any) you made him on account of Bounty — this will be necessary before I can answer the application of Mr McCall — I therefore request you will lose no time in forwarding the information required —
