28^th July Sir A Bill of sale from Captain Wylie is on the Files for his Land Warrant — Please to get a Warrant for the Military Land made out to Alexander Power an Assignee of Thomas Wylie — I will do as you see by the few lines Inclosing the Action brought against me — you know the warrant is of no use to either the united States or any body except myself because no Transfer can be made but by me; as soon as it's made out I will call and sign the Receipt.
