Now an Excution is made out against me but not yet levied, therefore I want your advice what to do — If the warrant can be delivered to me as his Assignee with I have a bill of sale and a Power of attorney from [undecipherable] for this Continental Land, then I can dispose of the same and I pray you the one half, and this [undecipherable] the other Nothing has ever come into my Hands as administrator therefore its very hard for me to pay his debts when nothing is yet got, I pray advise me what to do in this case — also please to know what done by Col.
