I Certify that there is due to a detachment of the Hoops of Schoharie & Canajoharie Stationers at West Point the sum of Eighty hundred eighty one Dollars & twenty six Cents being for pay Forage of the commissioned Officers the pay of the non commissioned Officers Privates and for balance of Bounties due bounty Privates in the said Detachment up to the 31st January 1793 inclusive, which sum is to be transmitted to Nicholas Fish Supervisor New York to be by him paid to Abram Freman Temporary Paymaster at West Point who is to be held accountable for the due application of the same.
