I Certify that there is due to a detachment of the Troops of the District & Cantonments Stationed at West Point the sum of Eighty hundred eighty one Dollars & twenty six Cents being for pay Forage of the commissioned Officers the pay of the non commissioned Officers Privates and for balances of Bounties due bounty recruits in the said Detachment up to the 31st January 1795 inclusive, which sum is to be transmitted to Nicholas Fish Supervisor New York to be by him paid to Innis & Sherman Temporary Pay master at West Point who is to be held accountable for the due application of the same —
