In your return 5 574 pounds Spices are charged as delivered to troops [undecipherable]. his receipt acknowledges only 5100. difference 474 pounds. By a Return in the War Office, I perceive you have 16 [undecipherable: Musketlayers] under your care. why are they not inserted in every Returns until removed, they certainly ought to be.
