In entering your receipts and deliveries, the following inaccuracies are discovered. Mr Delivered Tillotson Clark 8 casks Brandy containing 348 Gallons pr Return. Clarks receipt accounts for 434 Galls. difference 91 Gallons.
No Wooden Buckets delivered — no receipt.
In your return 5 574 pounds Spices are charged as delivered to troops [undecipherable]. his receipt acknowledges only 5100. difference 474 pounds. By a Return in the War Office, I perceive you have 16 [undecipherable: Musketlayers] under your care. why are they not inserted in every Returns until removed, they certainly ought to be. If you have any other species of Ordnance, or Stores of any kind in charge, you will please to insert them on your every return.
