In your return 3 574 pounds Spikes are charged as delivered to troops by him. his receipt acknowledges only 3100. difference 474 pounds. By a return in the War Office, I perceive you have 10 Musket Mounters under your care, why are they not inserted on any Return untill removed, they certainly ought to be?
